TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DARKPLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF DARKPLAY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR USING THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DarkPlay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

10. Termination
DarkPlay may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and without notice. Upon termination:

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
